SUMMARY AND FORECAST AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are for cast to southeasterly winds, increasing strong to gale northward of East Capo and Kawhia, and freshening cast to southerly winds elsewhere. Weather clouding over and rain following generally, heavy in the north, where tho barometer is likely soon to fall considerably. Warm and fair to cloudy weather has predominated with local showers. The winds have been variable and' generally moderate.. The barometer has had a rising tendency in the south, There ore signs of Dominion I)lne northward of the D C BATF S ?
