In tlie Supreme Court .yesterday, His Honour Mr. Justice Hosting concluded the hearing of tlie civil action. Richardson, M'Cabe and Co. v the Wellington City Corporation, a claim for over _ £4000 for alleged' breach of contract in connection with the supply of three motor buses. Evidence in the case ivas heard 1 in December last, and the case was then adjourned for le"al argument. "
Mr.C.P. Skorrett, K.C., with him Mr. T. Young, appeared for the plaintiffs, while Mr. A. Gray, K.C., with him the City Solicitor (Mr. J. O'Shea), appeared for ths defendant corporation. Decision was reserved.
