JUDGMENT SUMMONSES. Peter Brown was ordered to pay to S. S. Patterson and Co. the sum of £1 Is., on or before February 1", in default to undergo 24 hours' imprisonment. ' _ . Lionel Francis Grim stone was ordered to pay to tlie Commercial. Agency Co., Ltd., the sum of £5 13s.,'by February. 17, in default to undergo seven days' imprisonment. Kauhoe To Raugi was ordered to pay to Green and Davis tlie sum of £26 305., on or beforo February 17, in default to undergo 21 days' imprisonment. W. G. H. Baillie was ordered to pay the Dominion Clothing Company the sum of £2 Is. lid., on or before February 17, in default to undergo, three days' imprisonment. John Reginald Wolsby was ordered to pay £2 9s. Cd. to George Barnes Walker, on or before February 17, in default to undergo 24 hours' imprisonment. DEFENDED ACTION. Domb and Allen, pieturo theatre proprietors, Lyall Bay, proceeded against Adams and Adams, trading as the 10mpress Film Company, to recover the sum of 639 Is., alleged to bo duo for debt and damages. The allegation was that the plaintiffs had incurred expense in having put in order a dynamo purchased by them from defendants, and that loss of profit had resulted from the breakdown of the dynamo. Mr. A. H. Hindinarsli appeared for the plaintilTsj while Mr. D. G. Jackson appealed for the defendants. After partial hearing, the case was adjourned sine die. POLICE CASES.

Mr. W. G. Iliddcll, S.'.U , also htard the police gases. A married - woman, named Ellen Elizabeth Ktibler, was called upon to answer three charges. Sbo pleaded guilty to theft of a 'riiantifc.v of linen and a photo-frame, of a total value of lis. and she also admitted using obscene language and procuring liquor during the currency of a prohibition order. An able-bodied young man named Andrew Myers was convicted of being an idle and disorderly person, because of the fact that he had been discovered bogging alms in tlie street. In order that the police might make sonic inquiries as to the mail's past, ho was remanded for sentence until Monday iiext. John Marshall Savidgo and John Erdley Lane were charged with helpless drunkenness, and were remanded until February 11 for medical"treatment. For drunkenness, Frederick . Patrick Lyness was lined 205.. with the option of going to gaol for three days. fiiree first-offending i inebriates were leniently dealt with. JUVENILE COURT. In the Juvenile Court yesterday morning, a boy ten years of age was charged with throwing stones and damaging a tent. He was discharged with a caution.
