MASTERTON NOTES
A triangular rifle match was fired on Saturday between teams representing the Alfredton, Mauriccville,. and Tararua Rifle Chibs. The scores were as followAlfredton, 698; Mauriceville, 694; Tararua, 6-16. The Castlepoint County Council decided at a meeting on Saturday to convene a meeting of ratepayers to discuss the question of procuring a stonecrusher and road-roller. There is reported to be good metal rock in the county, but it requires treatment. \ ■ -
