London, January 24. The personalty of the Estate ' of Mr. Tliomas, an ex-M.P., is set 'down at £34,506. The residue goes to his son and daughter. If either marries out of the Roman Catliolic Church tho residue goes to tho Pope for missionary work in the South Pacific Islands.
