SUMMARY AND FORECAST AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications arc for northerly winds, strong to gale, weather clonding over and rain later. Barometer falling everywhere. l'he weather has been very warm and humid, with increasing cloud and haziness. Atmospheric pressure has decreased everywhere.
