Two races were.,decided on Saturday by the Heretaunga "Boating Club, Mr. H. Rowe acting as judgo and starter. The results were:— A Class (18-footers, round Somes Island).—lrex (scr.), actual time lhr. SOmin. oOsec., 1; Dna (limin.), lhr. 42min. 50sec., 2; Illinois (2min.), lhr. 44min. 27sec'., 3; Nautilus (2-imin:), lhr. 49min, 20sec., 4. B Class (1-t-footers, through the gap at tho Island). —Miro (scr.), actual time lhr. 35min., 1 ■ Gil Bias (!Hmin.), lhr. <18min. 7sec., 2; Runa (J-min.), lhr. 43min. 47sec. The last-named was disqualified through striking tho finishing buoy on tbo first round.'
