THE EXPLOSION ON H.M.S.- NATAH ; The High Commissioner reports:— j London, January 12, 4.15 p.m. In the House of Commons, Dr. Mao- j Namara, Under-Secretary to the Admiralty, announced that a court-martial j was being held on the loss of the cruises ; Natal, which was accidentally blown ug, ' o.i December 30. ; CLAN LINER'SUNK IN THE . MEDITERRANEAN LOSS OF LIFE REPORTED. Malta, Jauuavy 12. The steamer Clau Macfarlane, 4823 ; tons, was sunk on December 30. Tba chief officer, tlie engineer, four other j officers, and 18 Lascars were picked up, ; Thirteen Lascars died ill the boat. j
