I am watching with lively, interest the moral and religious crisis which is developing in Japan." Yuan Sliih Kai prophesied that social difficulties would soon restrain Japan's alarming external activity. Meanwhile there was the modern reorganisation of Chinese _ industries and the building up of an immense Power.
