SUPREME COURT \ A RESERVED JUDGMENT. 7 In the Supremo Court yesterday afteriioou, His Honour Mr. Justice Chapman delivered his reserved judgment in the case in whioh Christopher ■ Pinnock sued Thomas Divan and Mrs. Pinnock, widow of the Into George Pinnock, to 1 recover possession of a billiard-table and sideboard, included in the furniture of the Columbia. Hotel. Mr. E. G. Jcllicoe appeared for the plaintiff, wliilo Mr. 0. N. Bcerc appeared for the defendants. Tho case was reard towards the end of last month, and at the closoof plaintiff's case Mr. Beere asked, that plaintifE be nonsuited in so far as the action against the defendant Dwan was concerned, on the ground that Dwan had not intermeddled with the estate of tlie late George, Pinnock (formerly proprietor of tho Columbia Hotel). His Honour noted the application at the time, but did not decide the point. Yesterday His .Honour, said, lie was not satisfied that any money was owing to the plaintiff. In liis Honour's opinion Mrs. Pinnock had acted properly in all sho had done. Judgment was accordingly given for tho' defendant®, with costs.
