Late letters for mails beyond the Dominion cannot, in future bo po6ted on the uteamer,. but must be posted in the lateletter posting-box at the Chief Post Office up to' the-appointed time shown on tho mail notice. The. advertised time for closing mails by steamers are liable to alteration (earlier or later) at >any moment.
