FOUND DROWNED. By Trtojrapli.—Press Association. Thames, October 21. i Robert Heron, a married man, aged thirty-seven years, has been missing for some. days. His body was found to-day in the Kaucaranga River, some yards below the railway bridge. It is presumed Heron was crossing the bridge in the night to reach homo, missed hia footing, and was drowned. DROWNED IN THE OROUA RIVER. Feilding, October 21. A married man named Nimmo was drowned in t-ho Oroua River 3'csterday while crossing in a trap while the ford was flooded. The body was found two miles below the ford. SUICIDE~OFT MAORI. Auckland, October 21. A Maori named Kaiu Kilii, of Waikato, committed • suicidc by shooting himself at a- Maori pah called Taka, about 20 miles from Tuakau. The coroner returned a verdict to this cffcct at the inquest.
