German-Americans are demanding that- if the President places an embargo on exports to Mexico, he ousrht also to put an embargo on supplies to the Allies,. The Press points out that the two eases aro radically different, as President Carranza is still able to secure arms and ammunition from tho United States, because he is recognised as tho liead of the Mexican Government.
