AGRICULTURAL AND PASTORAL ■ STATISTICS. TWOTICE TO OCCUPIERS OF LAND -Li in the following Counties:— Horowhenua, Featherstou, C'astlenoint, Hutt, South Wairarapa, Alcitio, Makara, Masterton, Eketahuna, Mauriceville. A Return is being collected under tho Census and Statistics Act, 1910, of the acreage sown or to be sown in Corn Crops, Grasses, and Clovers (for threshing only), and in Root Crops. Occupiers of land in the above Counties who liavo inoro than an acre under any one crop and who have not yet received a form for making a return arc requested to apply to the District Agent, Department of Agriculture, Industries, and Commerce, Wellington. The area under crop will bo an importnnt factor in determining what special arrangements for providing labour in connection with the harvest will be necessary. It is also essential in calculating the total production, particularly of wheat and oats, that the correct area' should ho known.
