'Atliotigli entries have been coining in fairly freely, the secretary has asked us to state that there aro many ladies who have not yet made thoir entries. These can bo taken up to Thursday next, .and outlying exhibitors cau forward them by wiro or telephone, provided they are confirmed in writing and ' the fees sent along by next mail. < Live stock entries are also duo, and will be taken at ordinary rates up to "Thursday, October 21. Tbeso-latter include horses, cattle, sheep, pigs, dogs, and competitions. [Apparently the Wairarapa. ■is- a good patron of the side-shows which attend the Pastoral Society's show every year. Numbers have signified tlieir intention of taking' a stand, arid already the secretary. has boohed merry-go-round, joy wheel, ocean wave,, and performing dogs, so that the grounds on October 27 and 28 should have ,the same attraction as usual-'to the many visitors ivho enjoy. these exhibitions The Wairarapa and.Bast Coast Pastoral and Agricultural Society's fine new '.Agricultural Hall is "now almost completed,and ivill-be ready for occupation vn Saturday. ~ , .>•
