DEFICIENCY IN AN ESTATE

"Mr. Justice Hosking granted the petition of a widow' who is executrix in the estate of the late William Coleman, barrister and solicitor, of Auckland; for tho appointment of the' Official Assignee _as administrator in the estate. His* Honour said he understood, there was a nominal deficiency of about £40,000. Counsel for applicant replied in the affirmative, adding; "That sum is only approximate."-
