SOUTHLAND ART UNION
Those who have omitted to fiend for a ticket in Southland's monster art union, promoted to raise money for the New Zealand Wounded Soldiers' fund, have still the privilege to do so—but there's no time to waerto! "Do it now!" is the command. Few can look upon the pictures of the four fine houses which have been allocated as the first, second. third, and- fourthprizes, without desiring one at tho risk of losing half-n-crown. Three new motor cars and other valuable" prizes are ineluded in the list of. chances in which a half-crown ticket participates. Furthor particulars can be read in tho advertisement, which also contains an application form for tiokots. The form is simple to Qll in and to mail, with postal note or stamps, to Mr. B. Sutherland, Box 377, Wellington. Mr. Sutherland,.- who is a member of the railways clerical staff, gives his services free to the cause of the wounded soldiers. All moneys received after October 11, the last day for the sale of tickets, will be returned to senders. If speculators aot promptly—do it now—no application need be too late.
