Moritzsori and Co. recently sent to the High Commissioner eighteen cases of Central Otago apples, witli a request to exhibit the cases for a certain time and then distribute them to various persons, including tho King, Lord Kitchener, Generals Joffro and French", President Poincare, and Admiral Sir John Jellicoe. Mr. Moritzson to-day received the following cablegram from' the Hon. T. Mackenzie Apples exhibited at the Royal Horticultural Show, excellent quality, splendid display, highly complimented by judges, awarded Banksian silver gift medal. Congratulations.
