WELLINGTON FARMERS' MEAT CO.
(By Telegraph.— Special OdrnspondenM ' ' Maslorton, August 4. ' meeting of shareholders of the Wellington Farmers' Meat Company was held to-day. The balance-sheet was taken as read. The chairman of directors complimented the shareholders upon the most successful year in the history of the company. He stated that the works would be cleared before the opening of tho season, as arrangements had been made for sufficient , shipping. Messrs. Walter Cameron and J. W. Tatham wero re-eltcted directors, and Messrs. Badham and Biss auditors. The fee ox, the auditors was increased from £75 to £110,, and. tho Ices of the directors from £2 2s. to £5 ss. ner meeting, . *
