SUMMARY AND FORECAST Present indications aro for freshning easterly to northerly winds, and the barometer falling everywhere soon. Expect increasing haze and cloudiness for an unfavourable change in the weather, which continues threatening. Atmospheric pressure has increased, and the weather improved to-day ,in the north.
