SUMMARY AND FORECAST Present indications are for increasing northerly and easterly winds, cloudy, . misty, end -unsettled -weather, -with rain following generally, and the barometer falling everywhere shortly. Cloudy -weather has prevailed, with Tain in the northern and southernmost districts. Tho winds liavo been variable, and strong easterlies have ruled in the north, where the barometer, has continued lower than in the south. D. 0. BATES.
