'ADVANCE GUARD IN LONDON. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright ("Times" and Sydney' "Sun" Services.) . London, July 29. Sir Lewis Mitchell, of South Afric.ij has arrived in London. Ho states that the Union authorities are busy organising an • Expeditionary Force for servico overseas. The men are coming in from all parts of the Union: They are mostly Afrikanders. A number had been serving in German South-West' Africa; They were recently disbanded, and would not wait for the formation of a contingent, but took the first ship and landed in England with Sir Lewis Mitchell. Sir Lawis Mitchell does not tliitik General Botha will command the contingent, though ho may make a short visit to England. • '
