SWISS BANK CASHIER ARRESTED
ALLEGED EMBEZZLEMENT OF LARGE SUMS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Basle, July 23. The chief cashier of the Swiss Bankverein has been arrested on a charge of embezzling, two million francs, which ho apparently used for speculating on the London Stock Exchange.
