TURKISH WOUNDED ON THE BATTLEFIELD
DREADFUL CONDITIONS By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Rec. July 17, 0.5 a.m.) London, July 16. The "Times" Mitylene correspondent states that horrible accounts have been received of the condition of the Turkishwounded. Many have been left for dayß untended, owing to the inadequacy of surgeons and antiseptics. It is stated that the more seriously wounded are dispatchod on the battlefield to prevent useless suffering.
