TEtE CONCEALED LOSS OF HILL 60, By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (R-eo. July, 15, 11.35 p.m.) > London, July 15. ■ Mr. Ronald M'Noil (Unionist) has given notice to ask the Government why the news that the Germans bad_ recaptured Hill 60 on May 5 was officially concealed for two months. Lord Weardale, in the House of Lords, complaining of the delay in the publication of the official dispatches of the Egyption campaign, declared that the British people were being treated as if they were a nation of hysterical children. Lord Newton explained that official dispatches were written primarily for tho Government's (informationrather than for satisfying that portion of tho Press which considered that one of the objects of the war was to increase their circulation. '
