The "Times," ip a leader, says: "So far as money can go to win the war the patriotism and wealth of Britain lias relieved the Government of all present anxiety. Tho most sanguine forecasts of the now loan have been realised, and will confound our enemies, and inspire pur friends tho Allies., "There is a growing feeling amongst tho members that the adjournment" of Parliament should bo for a strictly limited period, as it is considered that tho next hundred days will bo the most critical of the war. It is felt that Parliament should bo in close touch with Ministers at this solemn time."-
