They will go to the camp which is being specially devoted to the training of non-commissioned officers. Before leaving, Mr. Seddon received , a presentation'from tho staff of Findlay, Dalziell, and Howard., Mr. William Franklin, -.for a greais many years overseer of the binding department of the Government Printing Office, died (from pneumonia following ; an. attack of bronchitis) early oh Saturday morning at his residence in Epuni Street after a short illness. The late Mr. Ffankliiii who was seventy years of age, arrived in over forty-one years ago in the ship Con-' fliefc. On arrival in Wellington'-' fo.joined the printing establishment of Mr. R.
