" "Desperate engagements occurred on Friday and Saturday between the .Vistula and the Bug. , "We successfully stopped the enemy's offensive on the Wyminioa River. Tho enemy concentrated his principal effort eastward of Krasnik, towards Lykhave, where his attack? on Friday night were repulsed. The result of the fighting is not known. ■ v "There was-desperate fighting wherethe Volitza joins the Vieprz. Here tho isnemy?s losses were very heavy. After holding iip the enemy's advance at the Gtrila Lipa, our patrols fell back on Sat; urday night-to the Zlia Lipa.
