BULGARIA'S POLICY BASED ON FRIENDSHIP. By-Telegraph-Press Association-Copyright London, June 29. The "Matin" says that a- Bulgarian Deputy, M. Kalmcheff, an intimate friend of the Bulgarian Premier, has declared that Bulgaria made a mistake in fighting Turkey in 1912, and has now reverted to the national policy, the basis of which is friendship with Turkey.— "Times" and Sydney "Sun" Services.
