SUMMARY AND FORECAST Present indications are for westerly winds, strong and squally, ill the southernmost distriots, and moderate but increasing elsewhere, The weather will probably bo oloudy to overcast at times, with scattered showers, especially in the ■western districts. Barometer unsteady, with a rißing tendency in the north, but falling shortly in the southern districts. Oloudy weather has ruled, and rain has fallen in various parts of the country.
