FURTHER PROGRESS; - By Telegraph—Press (Rec.'Juno 30, 1.45 a.m.)' Pretoria, June 29. General Botha's forces liavo occupied Otjivaraugo, recently the German headquarters, in the Grootfontein district, and have also occupied 'Okandyande, eight miles south, and liberated 250 civilians who had been interned by the Germans for political and other reasons. Botha's eastern columns are in po&. session of tlio Wat-erberg district.
