(2) Two members elected by members of education boards in the South Island—Charles Henry Opie, New Brighton, Christchurch; William Norris Franklyn, Wakefield, Nelson. (e) (1) One member elected by certificated male teachers in the North Island—Thomas Umfrey Wells, M.A., Richmond Road School, Auckland. (2) One member elected by certificated male teachers in the South Island— John Caughley, M.A., Christchurch West District High School. (f) One member elected by mala teachers in secondary and technical schools —Frank Hyde Campbell, 8.A., Otago Boys' High School, Dunedin. (g) (1) One member elected by certificated female teachers in the North Island —Miss Phoebe Myers, 8.A., Lower Hutt District High School. (2) Ono member elected by certificated female teachers in the South Island— Miss Emily Anne Chaplin, 8.A., Christchurch East School. (h) One member elected by female teachers in secondary and technical schools—Miss Christina Murray Cruickshank, M.A., M.Sc., Girls' College, Wanganui. (i) One member of the University of New Zealand appointed by the Senate —Professor John Macmillan Brown, M.A., LL.D., Cashmere Hills, Christelm rcli. (j) Three members appointed by the Minister—two to represent industrial and technical interests (one of whom shall represent agriculture! and one to represent the interests of the education of girls—(l) Representing technical interests: George Hogben, C.M.G., M.A., F.G.S., Tinakori Road, Wellington. (2) Agriculture: Edward Corrigill Ranks, Matauiala, Auckland. (3) Education of girls: Mrs. Beatrice Esther Talbot, M.A., To-Kilenia, Reiniicra Hoad, Remuera, Auckland. The lirst meeting of the board will bo held at the Board of Agriculture offices, Wellington, at 10 a.m. to-morrow.
