The "Temps," in tho course of an Article, says: "If the British land support is limited, we must not forget that Britain has the heaviest task at sea. It is vitally necessary for her to maintain her maritime supremacy." The paper emphasises, the enormous industrial effort _ which is entailed to keep up the British Fleet. "Britain "has also contributed assistance with lier industrial and financial resources, while lier military support has surpassed all forecasts."
