KELBURN RATEPAYERS
ANNUAL MEETING OF THE ASSOCIATION. The annual meeting of the Kelburn Ratepayers' Association was held last evening, Mr. F. Meadowcroft presiding. Tho constitution and rules, as drawn up by the committee, were adopted. Messrs. J. Orchistoii; H. A. Gold, aud Sievcrs were added to the committee. A sub-committee, consisting of Messrs. Mainland, Seivers, and Stewart, was appointed to go into the question of suggestions for improvements in street lighting. The secretary was instructed to write to the Town Clerk, thanking him for information given to the association's delegate (Mr. Mainland) by die City Engineer re the proposed new works for tho ensuing year. It was decided to request the City Council to carry out certain minor improvements to some of the main footpaths and steps.
