Mr. Alfred Doakin, lato Prime Minister of Australia, Tvho lately resigned the position of head.of the Australian Commission at the Panama Exposition, arrved on the Niagara en route to Sydney to-day. He l estows lavish praise upon tho magnificence and comprehensiveness of the Exposition, but declined to niako any reference to his quarrel irith Mr. Mahon, which resulted in' his resignation.
