The Italian newspaper "II Secolo" states that Colonel Mctaxa, of the Greek General Staff, visited the Serbian .Minister at Athens two days before Italy's declaration- of war, suggesting in Germany's tame an immediate peace with"Austria, and offering a portion of Bosnia and an outloo to tho Adriatic.
