CEMENTED BY THE WAR. London, June 25. 'IT.» Right Hon. B. 11. Wise, recently appointed Agent-General for New South Wales, in an interview, said that ths war had given a new significance to the ties uniting tho Dominions. "Australians," he said, "will keep in mind the Canadians' bravery at Neuve C'hapelle, and the Canadians will recall the wild night-scramble up the gnnpierced rlilF which won praise and fnmo for the Australians. Such deeds constitute this firmest bond of union."
