In order that the services of men mentioned in the casualty lists may be placed on Tecord, The Dominion will be pleased to receive such biographical details as are of publio interest in the case of men from, or known in, the. Wellington and other districts through which, this journal has its chief circulation.

Lieutenant Bruce Hamilton Morison, who ha 3 been wounded in the Dardanelles, is a son of Mr. C: B. Morison, of this City. He is a grandson of the late Hon. Colonel Haul tain, formerly captain 39th (Dorsets), who was Minister of Defence in the Stafford Ministry during the Maori War, and had command of a Waikato Regiment at Orakau. Lieutenant Morison ,was at Wanganui Collegiate School, where he had his first military training of eight years in the College Cadets, of which ho was captain for two years, during the last of which'he was .ako-Head Prefect of the school and captain of the Rugby fifteen. Ha .was; nominated by the school for the Rhodes scholarship at' Wanganui, and afterwards at Balliol, Oxford, he held a considerable athletic record in running, boxing, and swimming. In tho quartor-mile swimming lie represented Oxford University successfully against tho teams of leading English and Irish swimming clubs, and was first string for Oxford in the annual toco' against Cambridge, getting <his "half-hluo."-

Lieutenant H. P. Winsbury White, R.A.M.0., third son of Mr. John Winsbury White, Blenheim, was rounded by shrapnel in the right leg in Flanders 011 May 6. He was attached to the 31st Artillery Brigade. His brother, LanceSergeant Hamish Winsbury White, Canterbury Infantry Battalion, was wounded a few days later in Turkoy.
