The Dutch newspapers are perturbs! i over a recen: speech by the King cf Bivnria, staling that the fruits i.t the war will be the extension of the German Empire so that it may be made secure against future attacks. . The speech has been taken to mean that Germany intends to Tctain Belgium and secure the mouth of the Rhine.
