(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) Hokitika, June 3. Tho Westland Trotting Club Meeting was held in fine weather, but counter attractions elsewhere militated against a large attendance. The racing was good. The totalisator put through 3:2214. The results are:— DISTKICT HANDICAP (saddle). One mile— Zeppa, losec., 1; Timepiece, scr., 2; Tattors, 20sec., 3. Twelve starters. Won easily. Time, 2min. lli -l-ssec. INNOVATION HANDICAP (harness). One mile. —Harold Devon, Itisec., 1; Woodland Dell, ICsec., 2; lied Prince, Gsec., 3. Twelve starters. Won very easily. Time, 2niin. 13sec. BXP.KKSS HANDICAP (saddle). One mile and a quarter.—Timepiece, scr., 1; Trojan, llsec., 2; Ned Corbctt, scr., 3. Ten started. Won by two iengths. Time, 2min. 56 l-ssec. WESTLAND HANDICAP (harness). Two miles.—Black Boy, scr., 1; Peony, Ssec., 2; Belle 0., llsec., 3. Seven started. Won fairly easily. Time, 'lmin. 59sec. GOLDFIJ3LDS HANDICAP (saddle . One mile and a half.—Woodland Dell, ISsec., 1; Fairy Whispers, Gsec., 2; Sergeant Havelock, Ssec., 3. Thirteen started. Won by half a length. Time, faun. 4 -i-ssec. A protest against Woodland iJoll for boring was dismissed. FAREWELL HANDICAP (harness). Two miles.—Peony, Ssec., 1; Zeppa, 21sec., 2; Prudish, 18scc., 3. Won on tho post. Eleven started. Time, Smin.
