■ANOTHER ELECTION NOT LIKELY. Illy Telest»£li.—Hrese Aasoo.latlon.r Hastings, June 3. At the formal opening of the new factory of the Hastings Fruit Canning Company last night, Or. M'Nab remarked upon the difficulties of Parliamontary work at a time like the present, when the whole attention of the Governments in the various States of the Empire had to be concentrated on matters connected with the war. Whatever leader was found ultimately to have a majority, however small it was, there was no fear of another General Election in New Zealand until pcaco was declared.
