BRITISH GOVERNMENT'S PROPOSAL FEW EXEMPTIONS POSSIBLE London, May 13. N In the House of Commons, tho Prima Minister. Mr. Asquith, said the Government proposed that all adult enemy males, for their own and Bri< tain's safety, should be segregated ans interned, and that all over military aga be repatriated.
