TALISMAN CONSOLIDATED. (By Telegraph—Special Correspondent.) Karangahake, May 10. Durintc the month of April the Talisman Consolidated crushed and treated 3110 tons of ore for a yield of bullion valued at £16,114 , Ids. 9d. The costs for the past month' totalled 535. 9d„ made up as follows.—Mine development, 21s. Id.; minintr, 16s. Bd.;* milling, 12s. lid.; general, 3e. Id. Tile small tonnage crushed is due to tho mine and mill being stopped owing to accidents on March 31 and April 25. The superintendent, has sent to London the ''ollowing cablegram :—Woodstock No. 4 crosscut, progress 59 feet; No. 14 level, No. Z winze, progress IB feet, reef 54 inches Wfie; valuo £2 J4e Winze No. 15, progress 7 feet, reef 34 inelies wide; value, £1 7s , No. 1; level, snth drive, progress 36 feet, T«'f 48 inches -wide; value, nil; north drive, progress H feet, reel 46 inches; value £2 9s
