At the Afidmgton live stock market there were again, moderate yardiugs of stock, and tho attendance wa3 interfered with in conscauence of rain. Fai cattle showed no improvement in price, and store sheep sold little better, especially lambs. I'at lambs showed a further decline. BURNS IDE MABKETS. Dunedln, April 28. At Burnside - to-day 137 fat cattle were yarded, mostly of fair quality. There was good competition, and prices advanced 15s. to 20s. .per head. Best bullocks, £14 to £15; extra prime, to £16 10s.; medium to good, £10 to £12; best cows and heifers, £9 to £10; good, £7 lOe. to £8 10s.; medium. £5 10a. to £6 10s.; aged and inferior, £4 to £5. Fat Bheop—l7Co were penned. A largo proportion coneistcd of aged and infori'or ewes, with a few pens' of prime to eood wethors. There was a strong demand for good sheep at an advance of 2s. to 3s. peT head, but medium and inferior sorts were much about tho same as at lost week's sale.
