A HIGH-PRICED LOAN
VICTORIA IN THE MONEY MAR-
KET. London, April 22! _ The Victoria two and a quarter million loan at 4£ per cent, at par has been underwritten.
The prospectus will be issued on Friday. Bonds are redeemable beta-eon 1920 and 1925, and the final instalment of 45 per cent, is'payable pn July 26, with the option to convert into inscribed stock till August 3.
The "Westminster _ Gazette", points out that ■it is the highest price for a similar, loan since the beginning of tha war. •
