ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL
Y.M.C.A, CLUB. There was a large attendance at the annual meeting of the Y.M.C.A. Club held last evening, when the following officers were eleoted: —President, Mr. H. W. Kersley; vice-presidents, Messrs. J. Ilott, E. C. Timperley, D. D. Sclater, G. M'Kay. J. C. Port, C. T. Coate, Hamilton Nimmo, A. Macklin, E. Paton, A. Varne.v, T. Plant, and the Hon. J. G. W. Aitken; hon. secretary, Mr. Fi. Bosher; hon. treasurer, Mr. W. Wilson ; hon. auditor, Mr. _A. E. Smith ; club captain, Mr. E. Phillips;,senior A selection committee, Messrs. E. Phillips, E. Hollos, and S. Roberts; Senior B selection committee, Messrs. M. Henderson, T. Daubney and E. Chartres; third-class selection committee. Messrs. V. Halley, A. Macdougall, and V. Sinclair : management committee.. Messrs. A. Varney (chairman), R. Coad. M. Henderson, A. Macdougall and B. Mabin; delegates to W.F.A., Messrs. Varney, Wilson, and Bosher. Coaches were elected as follows:— Senior A, Mr. E. Paton: senior B, Mr. A. Macklin: third. Mr. H. Thomas. A practice match takes place at Association Park on Saturday next.
