GERMAN NOTION OF CURTAILING ALLIES' SUPPLIES. (Rec. April 9, 10 p.m.) London, April 9. The "Cologno Gazette" publishes articles entitled "America: What Will it Cost " suggesting that if nothing else will induce America to stop supplying munitions to the Allies the Germans might be willing to buy her off with cash—"with a billion or two of what she is making out' of the unholy traffic in Gorman and Austrian lives."
