Expect cloudy and liazy weather at times, with increasing cloudiness and a change following generally. The barometer js likely to {all shortly for a low pressure area, now developing to the westward. ' The weather has been fair generally, but cloudy and misty conditions have been prevalent, especially in the East Coast districts..
