LABOUR'S DEMANDS IN BRITAIN London, March' 12. 'At the workers' conference on thai food question, Sir. Arthur Henderson ~ (Labour M.P.) presiding, it was resolved to summon the Government to i re* duce tlie price of wheat and obtain con-. trol of ships.
