The Colonial Sugar Company has issued a circular, setting forth resolutions it is proposed to move at a special general meeting on March 26, empowering the directors to separate the Australian' business from that outside the Commonwealth ond simplify the formation of an allied company concerned in the interests of Fiji and New Zealand.
